Governing Law: The Laws of Malaysia

By engaging 91 Phila for uniform/apparel/goods manufacturing or purchasing ready-stock items, you agree to the following terms:

A. Orders & Payments

• Quotations: All quotes are valid for 14 days due to fluctuations in textile market prices.
• Deposits: For Custom OEM/Made-to-Order projects, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% balance must be settled before delivery.
• Ready-Stock: Full payment is required upon order confirmation for ready-made items.

B. Customization & Approvals

• Artwork Approval: Clients must provide high-resolution logos (AI, PDF, or PNG). We are not responsible for pixelation or errors in artwork provided by the client.
• Physical Samples: For bulk OEM orders, a physical sample will be produced. Once the client signs off on this “Golden Sample,” it serves as the final quality benchmark for the bulk run.
• Color Variance: Please note that slight color variations may occur between digital screens and physical fabric dye lots (within a 5-10% tolerance).

C. Production & Delivery Lead Times

• Standard Lead Time: 7-14 working days for ready-stock with branding; 30–45 days for full OEM orders.
• Force Majeure: 91 Phila is not liable for delays caused by raw material shortages, shipping disruptions, or natural disasters.

D. Return & Refund Policy

• Custom Goods: Due to the personalized nature of branded uniforms and OEM designs, we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or a deviation from the approved sample.
• Defect Claims: Any claims regarding manufacturing defects must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.

E. Intellectual Property

• 91 Phila retains the right to display photos of completed work in our portfolio/website unless the client explicitly requests a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
